Keeping warm and cozy in front of the fire

We're sitting in front of a roaring fire at home tonight, in our comfortable lazy boys with an amazing glass of pinot in hand, relaxing and discussing our upcoming trip. Our beautiful animals are crashed out next to us, and its raining and blowing outside. Our house and life here is wonderful, but I can't wait to get on that plane!

Packing is underway, and we're pretty organised. It's a lot harder to pack with pets though. Normally I would spread everything out to sort it, but if I do that Duncan will steal all my socks and Parker will drop his wet slobbery ball on it all, then chew through all my bra straps.

We're so lucky to have Greg's parents coming to stay and look after Duncs and Parker while we are away. Even though we will miss them, will be know they are being well loved and looked after.

3 more sleeps, 3 more days of work. Can't wait to see you Sam & Sibyl!
